I love the diversity of osteopathic practice, from treating the very young to the elderly. My interest in sport, I row on a very regular basis, enables me to understand sports injuries better and as I am a trained Pilates teacher I am able to advise patients re their daily exercises.

Reflexology works by applying pressure to the reflexes in the hands and feet, these reflexes correspond to all the organs, glands and parts of the body.
It benefits the whole body, relieves tension, improves blood flow and revitalises energy.
Reflexology is used for the treatment of migraines, sleep disorders, stress, urinary problems, hormonal imbalance, tension, infertility and many other problems.

      Andrew Allen Bsc (Hons) Osteopathy
Here at the practice we work as a team and it feels very much like a family in the way we receive patients. I studied at the European School of Osteopathy. The course was very varied and included cranial osteopathy, as well as traditional osteopathic procedures. I worked in the childrens clinic, expectant mothers clinic and the sports injury clinic.
Prior to Osteopathy Iworked in Asia and the Middle East, inspiring me to work in the social enviroment and interact with others at many levels.
I am a Yoga practitioner and understand the importance of self awareness and motivation which I hope to import to my patients.
I am also a keen wood worker when I have time!

Cecile Kiener D.O Lic Ac, MBAcC
I qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1991. I have worked at the practice for fifteen years and have enjoyed every moment. I also have a qualification in acupuncture and relish the challenge of combining osteopathic treatment with acupuncture.
I have a broad base of modalities and very much like the challenge of working with difficult cases.
Osteopathy is all encompassing and I enjoy treating patients of all ages from neonates to those in the autumn of their years.

      Lionel Fantom BSc(Hons) Osteopathy
Having graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1997, I have worked in the practice for ten years.
In such a busy well-respected practice I have had a wonderful opportunity to experience many different types of patient with a myriad of musculoskeletal problems. I bring this experience to my special interest, which are sports related injuries. Being a horse owner and a very enthusiastic competition rider I believe that I have a particular insight into the relationship between physical fitness, mobility and performance in sport.
My horse tells me she enjoys Osteopathy too!
